I am now fully certified to administer first aid, and will spend the afternoon reassessing the kit I carry with me. If anyone has a fall or emergency on a group ride you need to find me if I am present. If anyone else is first aid certified please let me know so I can include you in a first aid register for the group. If you are first aid certified, I will present you with a kit to be carried on all group rides that you attend.
